do i need to revert back for an OTA update to 3.7 - C40 recharge

Do I really need to revert back?
If I don’t, will my changes be “sticky”?
thoughts?  experiences?p

For what it's worth, I went from 3.6.4 (installed at dealer) to 3.7.0 via the "remotely installed" OTA yesterday.

Did not revert to OEM, my camera and Pilot Assist changes stayed.

Just as a data point, I had activated pixel headlights, smart dimming late last year, on 2 C40s.  They were at 3.1.something at the time, and neither one ever offered an OTA update.  Finally after waiting a few months from when 3.7 was release,  I reset both to factory configuration.  One offered the 3.7 update the next day, the other one 2 days later, each after a 30+ minute drive.

So to me it seemed I was perhaps blocked from OTA updates, while modified.  That does not seem to be the case for the first response here..  I have not re-enabled the pizel lights yet, but probably will soon.. that is the only change I have stuck with..
