No connection orbit and car

My last coonection was a couple of months ago and now I want to login to change some settings but after update the orbit program I can't contact my XC60 any more.  The VOE connecting is ok but the car don't want to contact anymore. What is going wrong?

Firstly check that the application is whitelisted on Windows defender / firewall.

The firewall is not the problem, Orbit is not blocked by the firwall. May be i need to go back to the old Orbit version because the version before january 2025 was working and connecting.

I reinstalled the program today and used my personal hotspot to connect to internet and realized the connection, to connect takes a long time, to read and write also, I don't know this is usual or not but i could change the sw with some settings and ready for the Germany highways.
