XC40 option of automatic tilting of the mirrors for parking

Hi all
on my XC40 2019
Without the option of an electrically operated seat with memory button, can we add the option of automatic tilting of the mirrors for parking with Orbit? 
Or do we need to have the specific ECU in place?

As as I know, the automatic tilting mirrors uses the driver side memory option and the position sensors inside the mirror. You can enable them from the Orbit but most likely it won't work and you will see DTCs.
