As i good remember there is a point in configuration where You can change speakers quantity, maybe this is the point. I have tried all options for the number of speakers. no change. when testing the last green connector, there is sound only on the 1st and 3rd pin. otherwise without sound. I also changed channel 028, all four configurations. without change

I don't understand why.(01-07-2025, 06:13 AM)Lukas Wrote: (P)32265284AA hi. my volvo xc40 bought in italy only has 2 speakers in the front doors. I want to expand it. Did you change the configuration of the audio equipment? So, option 028?

I bought another amplifier from the xc40. it worked on 5 channels, i.e. front and rear speakers. when I installed it in my xc40, there is only sound in the front door. configuration028 changed to high performance. from how many 4th and 5th completely weak sound can't even be heard. I don't know what else to try. I still don't have speakers in the back door. I will try it only through the connector. connect an external speaker.

Most likely you connected, wrong wires to the speaker. The situation you are describing happens when you are missing the ground. (negative connection) or you mixed up the wires. (negative and positive) are not the same channel.
After setting the Audio to High Performance check your audio settings on the IHU, Make sure the balance and fader is in the middle and put the setting to all speakers (if you have sound experience app) in the third page. Don't use the car's green (speaker) connectors yet. In the picture you already have those with wires. Get a at least 4ohm speaker. and connect one of the pair. Pins are paired upper and lower (positive and negative). Make sure you hear something. Then open the balance & fader settings on the screen, move the dot to each corner. Only one corner should give you sound. Depending on that, you can determine the output of each channel. Repeat the steps for each pair of pins to determine each output channel.
