Hello,
i am planning to buy orbit and i am excited about it's access to features. Apart from enabling real adaptive high beams, can i change the settings where car automatically turns on 360 camera when crawling speed or coming to a parking spot, or getting close to something, instead of parking sensors coming up on the screen i want it to turn on 360 camera like an European Volvo's do.
Has anyone done this? is this possible in orbit?

Camera only comes on in reverse - you can change default to 360 vs rear that you have on the other side of the pond.
Above is UK/EU behaviour.

As i know and read in other forums camera also comes up when getting close to an object when parking sensor detects and obstacle like on other cars: toyota, lexus, VAG group cars…

That's certainly not as I understand - do you have examples?
EU is 360 default.
US/Can is rear camera default.
Both require engagement of reverse to trigger or manually via centre screen.

Here is the reddit link for example, i will also try to go to my local dealer and record it.

Unfortunately, that is only possible with AAOS, not Sensus. It would be wonderful, but it’s not a “feature” that you enable.

Too bad parking is very inconvenient, when you get close to an object parking screen comes on and you can’t close it to click camera’s every time i close it comes back. Why can’t we change it so when parking sensor detects something 360 camera to come up.

I agree completely! That is one of 2 features I like on AAOS, otherwise it’s a downgrade. What I try to do, at least whenever I remember to, is swipe over, turn on the 360° cameras before getting close to anything. That’ll keep them on while still showing the parking sensor indicators. I know, it’s easier said than done though.

Yeah, that’s what i do but if i forget to it’s a pain in the ass to enable cameras when close to something.

I don't think swipe, tap is that much of a PITA.
Weird that reverse is 360 there, but not here. Wonder why that is?
