DTC's and reverting to OEM
#1
Do DTC's get cleared when reverting to OEM settings? I recently made a dealer visit and asked them to trouble shoot an issue with the support battery and they told me no DTC's were showing so they couldn't diagnose if there is an issue.

Sorry to break it to you but the service you took your car is bunch of clowns! There is no DTC for support battery.
They need to check the (start/stop) rejections which are recorded under CEM.  I had the same issue, although the support battery showed fully charged, the engine would not stop and start on traffic light. Not that I like the feature and use it at all, the car was under warranty, I just wanted them to fix it. They ended up replacing the battery.

I had the same issue with the support battery. I did purchase a replacement and still same problem...To properly diagnose the support battery, it's best the mainbattery is replaced if the age is 3 yrs or more.  I use a Obd bluetooth adapter and use the carscanner app which is very good with spa vehicles in terms of showing the battery level.  I've noticed the support battery and stop/start feature doesn't activate until the battery is above 70%.  Hope this helps.
