I don't have anything retrofitted, alarm and 265/35R22 are from the factory, but when I do OEM Restore it changes to some other dimension of the tires and marks the alarm as disabled...
But it doesn't concern me much, as I know that if I restore to OEM I need to change those two values, so I made my "OEM" cfg file... I don't want to waste time about why that happens, maybe it's wrong factory coding, maybe something else...

Any purchased functional change software such as tire size and alarm, updates the CAR's built and the OEM config. 
Maybe you did not but apparently the previous owner had retrofitted those. (the tire & wheel size and the alarm) As far as I know, Volvo offers 18' "standard" or 19' or 20'.  I have not heard VOLVO offers 22' wheels from factory!

Maybe not for some markets, but everything is from the factory- '18 T6 Inscription (The first owner left me all the documentation including the purchase invoice)  
The only addition that was done after the purchase was polestar tuning...
