Which plan do I need to purchase to scan dtc and erase dtc on a 2023 polestar2.

As you're a Polestar car, you have Android and therefore need:

OrBit Software 1yr with license for flashing 1 VIN, WITH CEM/VGM PIN retreival for 1 VIN: $325

(OrBit $100/yr + $225 PIN Service)

Skip the DIY! This is for "iCup" Android Infotainment cars (these require CEM and VGM PIN for config, including Polestar vehicles)

This includes your PINs to connect / modify the car.
