0.9.89 is released. This is another "out of band" update to address issues with AAOS 3.0 updated cars, with a bug fix tacked on. I continue to try to avoid issues with buggy 3.0.2-3.1.4 releases. This means the incidence of "Flash failed" may increase with this version, but it is necessary until Volvo releases a solid version of the 3.x system. This has delayed the next "real" update of OrBit a bit, but I swear it's coming soon!!

- Added more safety for AAOS 3.0 upgraded cars - Increased checks of modules responding and more time allowed waiting for modules to be ready for programming in the AAOS cars.
- Enabling "skip programming checks" will not bypass the requirements for these additional programming checks.
Other fixes:
- Fixed an incorrectly "supported" CEM for PIN Extract and failure on the newer "MID" CEM that isn't supported. OrBit will now not get your hopes up and try to extract the security PIN (and fail), as we can't support it on the specific hardware.
