1. I see shadow spots on the road from bouth headlights.  Light is not uniform
2. When i have a car in front, i don't have light in the center, i bearly  see something.
I din't config correct?

It's not the config, you need to realign your headlights after replacing.
There are two screws on each headlight (up and down) and (right to left).

I already did that, before i test them, on the headlight device at TUV station

Which of these did you choose for 109 ACTIVE HIGH BEAM?:

04 With AHB2 (Adaptive), Low Beam in Village
05 With AHB2 (Adaptive), High Beam in Small Village

We're using setting 04 on both XC90 & XC60 after trying and not liking 05 which had that dark gap when following a car.

I use 05. I'll try 04 to see  how is it. Thanks

Evening all. I swapped from US headlamps without bendy to EU bendy. I’ve tried a few different settings in orbit (various ahb settings, bendy on and off, and a slew of headlight types) but I’m consistently getting the below on both left and right hcm:

B15AD - Headlamp Control Module LED Channel 4- General Electrical Failures- Circuit open

I’m also getting this on the cem:

B14C2 - Head Lamp Input- Bus Signal / Message Failures- Invalid serial data received

Anyone have any thoughts ?

Assuming you got the headlights with their controllers and they are correct side.
That usually happens when you choose the wrong headlight type with the wrong feature or the headlights are faulty. Post here the headlight stickers, easier to advise for correct type and feature.

I got the headlights with the hcm on them, but had to replace one after the fact. With that said I got the files from support to reprogram them and took care of that.

I have 2016 XC90 which did not come with an HCM headlights.
First question, to use adaptive do you need to turn on auto high beams?
Second, US cars by default do not remember "Auto High Beam: setting when the car is turned off.

My original config was 106::05 LED With Bending Light, type A, Top Range
Changes to
106::06 LED With Bending Light, type B, Top Range

Should this allow it to remember the setting? It doesn't seem to work.

Third: I have a 2021 XC40 BEV. It has bending low beams. It does not have Pixel lights. Does 109 Active High Beam, setting to  adaptive do anything with this car?

My 2018 S90 has the same specs ie. LED With Bending Light without HCM. Setting it to ` 106::06 LED With Bending Light, type B, Top Range` had no effect.
In my wife's 2020 S60, however changing it to type B with HCM enabled auto high memory
