Interior illumination
#11
So I've done the switch and programemd to high-illumination. (my rear roof light now changes color!) But my front module light does not, it just blinks the same color when i switch between colors in the menu.

Edit: my neglegence has no part here Tongue TLDR: be sure the white door wire clip is seated securely!!!

Car has now been flashed for a week now with this config, my front light still just blinks when i change color mode and i noticed my rear right doors inner handle + compartment light are not lighting up. The puddlelights work and exterior handle LED so it does not feel like its harness related and both lights not working feels unusual? Would i need to try and reflash high illumination in case its a situation of my door module "Not getting the memo?"

If your rear light has RGB LEDs Stock you seem to have no sunroof am i right? Maybe the front light in the non sunroof variante is different. I've taken three of these lights (all with sunroof) an all of them had the LED, and i suppose work with the config change.
Here a picture of the LED:

The front light is real hard to take apart, as there is a clip in the middle of the light, my best way to unhook it was to bend the plastic cover so far, that i could reach it with a long metal piece.

For your rear door concern you may want wo check polarity on your lamps. I've found out that the diode testing feature on my multimeter was able to check the polarity on those leds, and while checking they als lit up a bit, that might be worth trying.

Thanks yeah i have no sunroof, and when sourcing parts for my headliner swap i just picked black items for non sunroof cars.

Yeah ill do some measuring and testing before swapping stuff on rear door
