Probably it's a firmware problem when it comes to android units, it was never developed with that in mind.. 

Sensus unit should be any problem as the function is the "hiding"

Just did the drive mode switch retrofit on my 2022 V60. Works well. But I lost the Sensus drive mode menu, you can't have both the switch and the Sensus menu selection.

That makes sense, can't have both! I don't know how the "soft menu" works, but in a way, you kinda have part of a "soft menu" as once you click the roller wheel to bring up the drive modes in the display, you are free to use the touch screen to chose the mode, rather than the click wheel.
