Hello, I managed to connect my Volvo successfully, but unfortunately the button to write to the car is not active..as below..
It is the same in the service mode - not active and i can not write the configuration..
Any ideas what is the problem?

Licensing probably. When did you purchase? Have you provided your VIN etc?
