Can the car market region details be modified with Orbit or does this have to be done with Vida if something needs also to be updated on Volvo/Polestar servers?

Imported car from another EU country, based on service advisor the market region change would for example make the on call button to call the correct country (local, not previous) etc. Dealer wants 2 hours labor charge.

To my understanding they will make some changes in the car config but was thinking if this could also be done with Orbit?

Any update here, i have car imported from france to lithuania and not receiving 3.6.4 ota update.

Does some one have VIDA/OE service data access to perhaps check what this "market/region" change actually includes?
Did only see one setting with Orbit that could be changed (was set to original country of origin).

To my understanding some change would also need to be made for the LTE details and on call / SOS setting
(log in with new account to LTE?, SOS setting dependent on the country setting?)
