I have a special case, I need to deactivate a keyfob for some time, then reactivate it.
I don't have access to the key but don't want the person that has it to borrow the car without my consent (long story).
So I would need to "block" it from Orbit, is that possible?

I have not heard such a thing but I think you've already thought about this.
You could delete all the keys associated to the car. It wouldn't matter if you have them with you or not. Then pair back only the ones you want.
The other key becomes useless until you pair it again.

One method is described in the owners manual - "If you lock the car while a key is still inside, the key is temporarily deactivated. It will be activated again when you unlock the car with another valid key."

I think this could be possible. there is a particular DID that gives the status of all key slots (active/inactive), I'm not sure if this is just a summary of which slots have serial numbers but if not, it might be possible to write that DID back after flipping the appropriate bit? Same goes for the "restricted" status. might see if I can toggle those bits on one of the 5 slots I now have keys coded in. If it works I'll let Power6 know the details and he might be able to add it to Orbit.
