345 BYPASS VALVE VAC option
#11
Based on what I’ve read on the forums, some users have changed the 345 BYPASS VALVE HVAC setting to “Without Bypass Valve (01)”. However, that has caused fault codes and errors in some cars.

Those who encountered these errors reverted the BYPASS VALVE HVAC back to its original value,
"With Bypass Valve (02)”, and instead tried changing another setting:
341 CLIMATE SMALL COOLANT CIRCUIT to “Without Small Coolant Circuit (01)”.

So, it seems that the correct configuration is likely one of these two settings.

Old post, but have any of you changed both settings?
I have for now changed the 341 setting and 345 is default.

I get errors "cooling system needs service"?
now that its very cold here (-23) and i set timer the heater seems to run longer and thereby throwing the error...?
when it runs shorter time no error occurs..strange..
