By Volvo workshop you mean OrBit right? Don't forget, it's more powerful than VIDA in the sense it allows you to make any change, not just those defined by Volvo.

The market region for ERS to show into Volvo Car app can be done only with Volvo workshop AFAIK.

I've restored to OEM configuration but nothing changed, so it's not alarm.
Probably 12V battery then.

Bad news... I'm still having the same problem. It's really strange; it’s as if the module that sends the remote start command is "asleep," because after I drive the car, I test it and it starts—and locks and unlocks—just fine.
I’ve been looking online and found that the module responsible is the TCAM module, which has its own backup battery. I’ve seen people reset it manually by disconnecting the battery and pulling fuse 26 in the cabin.
I need to give that a try and see if it works...

So it started working again for me, but I'm not sure exactly why.
I tried restoring to OEM and restarting 12V BMS, but that didn't help.

Then after I had a 300km drive on country roads it started working. I've noticed my mild-hybrid battery was charged after the trip (before indicator would be at 50%, not it's at about 80%).
Most of my regular driving is city and highway, so no real opportunity for mild-hybrid battery to charge properly.
I still think it has something to do with 12V battery and "power saving mode". My 12V battery is 5 years old and when I connect OrBit and car is turned off it shows 12.0V, orange and sometimes goes to red, so probably time for replacement.

When I get back home, we'll see if it stops working again after some city driving when mild-hybrid battery depletes.
