I got the same message while messing around the CAN messages on my s60. I think, you seat modules of the R-Design seats are sending wrong message to CEM.
Try this.
Revert the config to OEM first.
Lock the car wait couple of minutes and then turn on the car check if you still get the message. If you are not, then enable the seat extension and other features that R-Design seats have and the original momentum does not.
Another point, usually momentum passenger seats does not have memory seats but R-Design seats have. You can check this by looking at the seat motors. Memory seats have 4 wires going to each motor while non-memory seats only have two.  Do not enable the passenger memory seats if you do not have the memory buttons on the door.

If you still have your old seats, replace the seat controllers on the R-Design seats.

Took some time to try, but seems that this one worked:

Revert the config to OEM first.
Lock the car wait couple of minutes and then turn on the car check if you still get the message. If you are not, then enable the seat extension and other features that R-Design seats have and the original momentum does not.

However, now passenger seat, on IHU does not displayed at all. Lumbar, extension cushion works, then pushing buttons, but there is no view in IHU. Any thoughts? Driver side displayed  as it should.

Happy to hear that you got rid of the errors.
As far as I know, seat options are displayed on the center screen if only massage seats are enabled.
I retrofitted S90 (heated, ventilated, and massage) seats to my s60 MY2019, the seat control options appeared on the screen only after enabling the massage seats.
