Hi everyone,
I have XC60 2019, and I used Orbit to enable Navigation System on my care (Option 223, set to #3). I'm getting a message that I should load maps using USB. I tried to load the maps, but I'm getting nothing on my screen (I used two USB drives, and different file systems like exFAT, FAT32 and NTFS on it). I have one USB port in my arm rest. Can someone help me with activation?
Thanks

I would like to contribute to the community by saying that it is also possible to update Sensus maps by using a specially prepared USB external hard drive if you have such lying around, not only by using a USB flash drive. Furthermore - sometimes if one buys a 64GB USB flash in the shop, it might have an actual capacity of less than 57GB, to fit the whole Europe map on it (I had such a situation).
USB hard drives (in my case - WD My Passport Ultra) have large capacities, e.g. 2TB. Those for some reason might not be recognized and read properly by Sensus. Therefore one must clean the hard drive of all partitions and create a BMW boot record (GPT will not work), and a single reasonable partition, I tried 64GB.
That can be done (if using Windows 10+) by connecting the external hard drive to it and running the following commands in the command prompt:
Run the tool:
diskpart
List all disks in the computer:
list disk
Identify and select the right (very important!) external disk (e.g. 1, 8 etc.) for further actions:
select disk X
Next:
clean
convert mbr
create partition primary size=65536
format fs=ntfs quick
assign
active
exit
The disk should show up under "My Computer" and the Volvo map downloader should be able to find it.
The next steps are as per other tutorials explaining map updating.

Thanks a lot, both of you! I managed to install the maps by following steps you guys provided.
