TPMS IDs are rejected for writing by OrBit
#1
Hi,
I'm working on 2019 V90CC to get actual pressures displayed on Sensus TPMS screen.
IDs of schrader sensors as collected by Autel are converted to HEX, yet OrBit rejects them and do not writes to the car.
How IDs need to be formated to be send to the car? Thank you

What are the IDs you are trying to enter, can you give an example? the Autel may not give them in the format needed. Maybe the error in OrBit could be more clear, 4 bytes should be 8 characters,  OrBit is checking the input, if they are not valid, then we can't write them. here are mine for example:

NOW, do you even need to enter the IDs? If the car has keyless/proximity unlocking, it supports learning the sensors and their locations. You can just trigger calibration from the Sensus and then take a drive and the sensors will be programmed auto-magically.
