Air heater actuator to front windscreen

Hi I have an motor problem on the air heater damper motor to the front windscreen, error code B1085, and I would like to know if the orbit software can try and get the actuator to try and move to see if the flap can be freed up.

If anyone knows if this can be done would you let me know how to do it please.
