Confused new user - Storm - 02-10-2023
Hope someone can enlighten me.
I just bought and payed for Orbit through PayPal. I then downloaded the software and ran the installation, a pop-up window appears asking for an email address, I’ve entered both email addresses I use but it says not recognised?
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

2) Have you received an email from the Admin to provide your VIN? If so, use THAT email.
