Convenient start with key fob - 4vygis - 01-16-2026
Hi everyone,
Im new in this community and just trying to play with orbit on my xc90
Im realybes interested in convenient start with key fob function.
There is no instruction how to do that but I was told that only police cars does have this trick and I need to change chassie type from standart to police trough configuration item 050. But there is no sutch function on configuration.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Maybe some wone can guide me trough this?

I'd probably start near the end though, seems like people have narrowed it down a bit on how to do it.

I'm unable to do it (yet) on my 2018 but some users have had luck in 2019+

Thanks, with your help I did find all the options finally.
But I ran in to a problem, my car does have active suspencion after I changed 050 in to police my suspencion vent crazy and trow a fault for suspencion and lights.
So now my question is does anyone with active suspencion done this mode successfully?
Whar are my other options? I dont want to pay subscription for app.
Mid city Volvo Remote Start – SKSXC?
Is there any other way to have this ERS mod?

You're going to have more luck in the main thread; but i believe the answer is no. Somebody had the same issues.

Have you tried VIP instead of police mode?
