Subwoofer is located in the boot on the left side, behind the battery. Take out the black panel and there are mounting holes behind it.

Do you know if I can I use my stock five fin amp or do I need an extra amplifier?

The HK and B&W amps do have support for a subwoofer, I don't know if the stock High Performance has this.

Is your reference a s/v90? I get mixed messages...  It looks like it should be mounted on the right hand side on the s/v60?

I'm referencing to a left hand drive V60. You cannot mix 60 and 90 series amps due to the fact that the 90 series has more channels. They have 2 mid speakers in both rear doors, which the 60 series doesn't have. I think it is the best option to check where the battery is located. Don't know if there's a difference between LHD and RHD.

Hello : did you find the mount ring for the cover? Or it just fix by the roof headliner? 
I am going to upgrade from KH roof speaker to B&W , but can not figure out how to remove the cover

Is the ceiling and the mounting brackets all there? Or just the back? Can you explain how to unhook it? And how to attach the speaker mounts?

Love all your mods
I chose the way of aftermarket sub JBL basspro SL2 with high level input and willing to instal it to the original location of the oem sub. I have a V60 cc 2020 with high performance audio without sub. Can you recommend Which wire should i tap in under the seat to make it work properly ?

Yes, they are similar with minor differences. 
90 series have three speakers on the rear doors while 60 series have 2. 
MID + Tweeter on 90 series have its own channel from the amp (AUD) while 60 series Tweeter and Woofer are parallel on the same output channel. 
Because of this difference, the B&W AUD is also different for 60 and 90. So, pay attention to the donor car!
