RE: Key coding - vitalibr - 02-13-2025 Sorry if I can't share this here, but I think it could be a lifesaver for anyone who was in the same situation as me. I decided to take a chance and buy the service I mentioned in the previous message, and in less than 30 minutes, they sent me a 10-digit PIN, and it worked on Orbit! ![]() RE: Key coding - tehNiemer - 03-14-2025 (02-13-2025, 02:17 PM)vitalibr Wrote: Sorry if I can't share this here, but I think it could be a lifesaver for anyone who was in the same situation as me. Awesome news for early CEM owners, @Power6 have you had any luck on this front? RE: Key coding - jman - 04-01-2025 I recently bought Orbit to primarily register another key. When running the key registration i get the error "Key already programmed". I thought that old keys could be reprogrammed? I would be very grateful for any help or ideas. I re-read this thread and apparently it is possible to re-code the key even though there is no battery left. So for future readers: If you get a new/old key that you don't know if it works, change the battery first. So can anybody confirm is this the same Security PIN to reset VCM Backup Battery lifetime? |
