SUM flash or program configuration - auto clinic - 11-19-2024
I changed suspension modules (SUM module) on the SPA Volvo XC90,
After changed it . The car show fault

Central Configuration
System Programming Failures
Not programmed
I bought new SUM module and installed it also I have this fault.
How can I program it ? Can I use Orbit for it ?

New module has to be programmed to the car with Vida.

I went your way on the XC90 2019.
Try to calibrate the suspension using Orbit. If it works, great. Then you will have to drive at a speed of more than 50 km / h so that the car leaves the service mode.
If not, then programming via VIDA remains for the software level that is in the car.
I had the opportunity to program and take other used modules. In one of them, the software turned out to be correct and everything worked for me.
