e brakes service mode - Piet - 02-28-2023

Guys,
if I click on "e brake service mode" does that release the rear brake cylinders and can I change the brake pads?

Yes, that should do the trick.

It releases the parking brake cylinder.

So you don't have to crank manually or use a 9V battery to back them.

Very easy job to change rear pads/discs

Before I made OrBit...I used a 9V battery and some scrap wires to run the motors back ;-)

But yeah brake service mode does the trick!

Yes Sir, I know. I always did it with the battery charger. But this is much more convenient.
