Random MIL & Brake Warning Lights (ESC/ABS) after Polestar/VMax flash - V60 MY21 Mild - vec.italy - 07-24-2026 Hi everyone, I'm looking for some advice on a recurring issue with a customer's car after flashing the CCF. Vehicle: Volvo V60 MY2021 (B-Series Mild Hybrid, Sensus). Modifications Applied:
What I've already tried: I know that ID 057 = 03 without the physical wheel triggers the Code: ECM-U230056My questions for the community:
I have already emailed support with the modified profile, but I wanted to see if anyone here has cracked this yet. Thanks in advance! Johnny. The physical roller from the factory is definitely the key difference here. Since your car has the hardware, you don't get the ECM-U230056 mismatch DTC that I am currently dealing with. Just out of curiosity, did you also flash the Polestar Optimization (ID 374: 02) along with your other mods? I am trying to isolate whether my dashboard ABS/ESC warnings are a direct chain reaction from the missing physical wheel (having ID 057 set to 03 without the hardware), or if it's some specific conflict involving the Polestar flash on the B-Series network. Thanks again for the feedback! |
