ACC/PA and other feature clarification - soulvoid86 - 05-27-2026

I have a 2020 S60 T6 Momentum. I'm mostly concerned about getting ACC over anything else, but any other additional features I can add is a plus.

Just looking for clarification on how I can verify what my car would, in theory, support. My car does not have ACC or PA, but it does have the Intellisafe system with Lane keep, sign reading, etc. Photo below of dash during startup. I do not have 360 cameras, only rear. I'd like to enable the ASL headlights with corning as well (our XC90 has this). It is a US based car.

I did read about the ABS pump so I'm not concerned about that, but there's no concrete thread that shows what each car will support (I understand this is still a new system).

If there's any recommendations on cable(s) (or a pinned post that I maybe overlooked) I'd appreciate that as well.

I'll gladly provide my VIN if necessary.

Thanks for any insight/confirmations before I order the system!

To be honest with you so far I have enabled PA/ACC on two cars without any problems. One was Momentum Pro and the other one R-Design. When you go inside the Orbit app navigate to config wizzard>driving aid and select PA/ACC Level 1 then write to car and you are done with that Smile Keep in mind upon the first time connection there will be profile update process that will take up to 10 minutes.

In terms of the cables I have used to Volvo OBD2 to RJ45 with P/N 9513108 and a standard Cat 6 Lan cable.

For ASL I think you should have the high spec headlights, but I could be wrong.

Thanks! I did find a cable on Amazon that looks like it'll work. Worst case, it doesn't and I send it back, and I'll pickup the part number you recommended.

For ASL I read that as long as you have the "Thor's Hammer" LED headlights, it should work. The bending though might not be possible on my S60. I already purchased Orbit so I'm just waiting for the cable at this point. We'll see soon! Should be delivered tomorrow.

If your headlights are MID LED, you cannot enable bending. If you do, you will get bunch of DTCs and headlights might not operate properly. Because the MID LED headlights would not have the elements inside to move the leds side to side and the controller module might be labeled "L" Bendy lights require "H".
You can try Adaptive option with MID LED headlight. It's not going to be cornering but it will act like a dimmer between high and low beams instead of full on / off high beams in auto high beam mode.

Thanks for the info! I'll try to confirm my module before messing with the cornering option.

Checked my headlights and there's a sticker on top of both that clearly says MID LED. So no cornering lights for this one.
