You can buy it using the service that SPAyceTech provides. It's on their website. (The CEM pin retrieval options.)

Can confirm, they unlocked mine. Looks like they've reverse-engineered the hex coding and can do it from the VIN alone, or perhaps they read some sort of log you make when logging into Orbit with your car connected? It's asynchronous and it took them less than a day to do it for me.

Not a relevant scenario. If your car is blocked, you already have access to your PIN and have modified the configuration.

Is it possible to decrypt a new pin from another CEM if I have already paid once? Should I pay the full amount again?
