Factory reset when selling car - missake - 02-07-2026
I am going to sell my V60 and just wondering if settings done by Orbit software Navigation,Android Auto,Apple Carplay etc will disappear when doing a factory reset for a new owner in the center panel (Sensus) of the car?

Factory reset done trgouh Sensus will just reset all user preferences you can change in car menus.

Ok, so the navigation etc will still remain there after an factory reset?

Resetting Sensus wont have an affect on the things you've done with Orbit. But take into consideration that if the new owner doesn't have Orbit and want to take the car to a dealership, they might face issues with VIDA.

+1 reset OrBit to OEM before selling the car.
