Hi guys, I have a question: I changed my software configuration on my Volvo XC60 b4, but I didn’t installed any additional S modules or other hardware, only software activation.
May I have problems if I had to do the annual Volvo service?

Restore to OEM before your service - this will guarantee no issues.
