Need Help - OnceHeaven - 11-17-2025
Hi guys i urgently need your help for my sensus 2022 S60
For context, i flashed my car previously but had to go volvo today for mounting and abs issues so had to restore to oem. After i got it home, i tried to flash my configs(individually, not saved configs). I found that the flash took longer than before
I see multiple lines of still waiting for ecu ecm to respond. Followed by hvc status 2020+ is not ok. Followed by multiple lines of waiting for ecu ecm to respond. After all is done/complete, i disconnect obd2, tried to start, an error pops up about "12 volt battery critical charging fault" and the car wont start. I did not make any changes to the the starter or anything thats mechanically related.
I have tried Restore to oem, clearing dtc(there were none), locking the car and waiting 10mins.
I really need some help urgently

BCM and ABS are the same module. Either the service messed up after whatever they did or your battery is too low.
Try with external jump starter or from another car. You have 2 posts in the engine bay. Just to eliminate key fob battery, place the key in the cup holder on the key sign.

Check battery voltage:
Below 12.0V = too low
low, needs charging
