Changed road sign from usa to europe, signs are now detected but the car still thinks speeds are miles and not kilometers like i have my speedo in km’s. What option do i need to change car to think it’s not in US anymore? I have attached the photo where you can see the detected sign and red mark on the speedo.
It is normal - just drive few kilometers and everything will be OK. In case you uploaded new European maps, of course...

you can load EU maps without deleting US ones. You also can load EU or other maps even without converting any config to EU

Thanks, currently downloading europe which is 57Gb size, but i don't think this will solve the problem with car thinking speed sign numbers are in miles and not km's.

I have installed whole Europe package was 57.7Gb, but road signs are still read by miles and not in km’s, car still thinks it’s in the US, i have also changed instrument cluster From US to EU and China.
Drive some km on the street
